VAT
All prices are excluding VAT.

Prices
Prices are subject to alteration without notice. All orders are confirmed in writing prior to dispatch with current price and discount. Quotations in currencies other than Sterling are subject to change should the exchange rate vary by more than 6% when orders are confirmed

Delivery
Delivery dates are given in good faith and are adhered to as closely as possible but no responsibility is accepted for any unforeseen delays subsequently arising or for any consequential loss or damage caused to the customer or third parties as a result of any delays for whatever reason. The risk to the goods of loss or damaged passes to the purchaser on delivery irrespective of whether title to the goods has passed or not. All delivery dates are given subject to final quality control.

Transit damage & shortages
These must be reported to the Company within 2 days of receipt of goods and confirmed in writing by the purchaser.

Payment
For non-account holders, if payment is made by cheque the Company requires the cheque to be cleared before the goods can be released.

Title of Goods
Ownership of the goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until full payment has been received by the Company. Notwithstanding delivery and the passing of risk, property in and title to the goods shall remain with the seller until the seller has received payment of the full price of (a) all goods and/or services the subject of the contract and (b) all other goods and/or services supplied by the seller to the buyer under any contract whatsoever. Payment of the full price shall include, without limitation, the amount of any interest or other sum payable under the terms of this and all other contract between the seller and buyer.

Goods Returned
Goods will not be accepted for return without prior agreement and subsequent inspection by the Company. Carriage costs involved are the responsibility of the purchaser unless the Company accepts responsibility for these costs. Goods must be in a re-saleable condition. At the discretion of the Company a handling and restocking charge may be deducted from any refund. Custom made products cannot be returned. Composite products from Recess and Combination range cannot be returned unless faulty or by special arrangement with the vendor.

Product Description
Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions and sizes are accurate at the time of printing. However, it should be noted that all errors and omissions are accepted.

Carriage
Carriage paid on all orders above €300.00 net invoice value to mainland EUROPE business addresses only. Orders below this figure will be charged carriage/postage - See seperate carriage price list.

Samples
At the discretion of the vendor, these are sent on loan for a 28 day period. If not returned within the 28 days an invoice will be issued for the value of the goods and carriage. A deposit may be required on some samples.

Cancellation
Cancellation of an order will only be accepted on the condition that expenses incurred by the Company as a result of cancellation will be reimbursed to the Company by the purchaser. Orders for items outside our normal product lines cannot be cancelled.

Guarantee
The Company will replace free of charge any items that proves to be defective in material or manufacture within 12 months of delivery. The liability of the Company is limited to the replacement of products supplied by the Company and does not extend to any consequential loss, damage or expenses suffered by the purchaser or third party. Claims under this guarantee must be in writing and the request of the Company the faulty goods must be returned to our premises for inspection. In the event of the Company accepting liability under the guarantee reasonable freighting costs will be reimbursed to the buyer.

Quotations
Any quotation, estimate or price given by the Company is given in good faith but constitutes only an invitation to the Customer to make an offer and any order of the Customer placed with the Company pursuant of a quotation price or estimate given by the Company is not binding on the Company until such time as the order is accepted by the Company.

Special or Customer Orders
For non-stock/standard product items the Company may require 50% of the invoice value to be paid at the time of ordering with the balance prior to dispatch.
For items that do not form part of the normal product lines full payment may be required at the time of ordering.

Tolerance/Variation
Leather is a natural material , please allow for variation of colour and natural markings within. Composites are hand made and variations of finish should also be allowed for. Please see finish pages on website or in brochure for full details.
